Booking Appointments

A credit card is required to schedule an appointment. Your card will be charged 50% of the total service amount at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be collected when the service is completed. The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations and No-Shows

​Your appointment is very important. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice before your appointment time for cancellation or rescheduling.

Any appointments canceled, rescheduled, or changed without 48-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service total before rebooking. All same-day cancellations/reschedules and “no call/no shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service. A non-refundable booking fee will be required to rebook.

Late Arrivals

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable, but please keep in mind that showing up late will affect the duration of your service. Our clients' time is valuable as is ours. We try our best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Arriving too late to perform a service (10 minutes max) will result in cancellation and the associated cancellation fee. When you miss an appointment with us, we lose your business and the potential business of other clients on our waiting list. This policy assures that Blink Lash Studio maintains our booking schedule, that guests' appointments are not unduly delayed, and that everyone enjoys their experience.

Refunds and Client Satisfaction​

We do not allow children or extra people (friends, spouses, infants/kids) in the treatment rooms. This is due to limited seating, privacy, and insurance reasons. We strive to create a peaceful atmosphere for all of our guests who come in for pampering. We also care about the safety of your little ones. Furthermore, we do not allow unattended minor children in the waiting area. If you have any questions or concerns, please ask.

Due to the nature of our business, there are no refunds on any services or booking deposits. We require a credit card to be placed on file. Please contact us within 72 hours with any problems or concerns regarding your service. We feel that every client deserves the highest level of satisfaction. Please let us know immediately if you are dissatisfied, and we will discuss a solution.
